I mean yeah, this is the OG micellar water
It’s a micellar water.. Not gonna blow your mind OR get all your mascara off.. but it does a good job at getting the remnants off. I still always need some type of oil to really get my mascara and waterproof liner to budge, but I use this to clean up the smudged mess, and to get the oils off my skin before they clog my pores. I also sometimes use this to remove waterproof sunscreen. I don’t wear foundation.. I hear that that is what this is best for.. I repurchase this every time I run out.
