No scuffs, scratches, no smell (other than brand new plastic) functions and behaves as expected. I'll update if anything happens but as far as I'm concerned this is a brand new product.

It's awesome to wake up to a freshly vacuumed house and mopped too :) Quick shipment, and well packed. Note it does not come with cleaning fluid for the mop though, so you have to buy some that is cleared for use with the mopping function. I got a couple bottles off the normal place for cheap.

Seller offered a small credit in lieu of a return, which would have been a major hassle to repackage everything and send it back.
