    Works well giving energy and even a better mood. Fantastic for adrenal fatigue. You can definitely tell the difference if you miss a dose or more, so you have to be consistent with it over time by supporting your adrenals. Can even help with weight loss, as it has in my case; just a result of better-functioning adrenals where poor adrenal function contributed to weight gain.
