The 2 year warranty was a surprise and a big plus. Thank you. Its larger than my othervacs butI am sure I'll get used to it, its expected to be since it empties above and carries more than my previous robot vacs.

The robot and dock has some scuff marks, but nothing damaged. The attached vacuum bag had debris (seeds, dirt & hair) in it. I assume it is from testing the vacuum. I am very pleased with the condition of this vacuum. The only problem is the robot will not link to the phone app. If you buy one like this be aware that it only runs on 2.4gHz - NOT 5g. Most newer phones don't have that feature.

Seller offered a small credit in lieu of a return, which would have been a major hassle to repackage everything and send it back.
