      Missing the cotter pin and axel spacer. Tried to get the seller to send the missing pieces and they kept asking the same irrelevant questions. Had the gall to ask me if I checked on the ground!! Of course I did!! Also told me that it had been packaged well. Basically calling me a liar! The package was damaged. Two pieces fell out. I didn’t want a refund, I didn’t want a replacement, I simply wanted pieces that were integral in making the cart roll. Ended up going and getting one from the store!
