    Two weeks before Xmas, cold weather + mail delays had me stressed. Upon opening the box you could feel the warmth, packaged separately to minimize waste and fighting. Both fish absolutely beautiful color and finage for their size right out of the box, gonna be stunners when larger. Would recommend without hesitation. Receptive to requests to get fish to me on my day off, very communicative.

    The snails arrived alive, well-packed, and on-time. No complaints there. The big problem is that I spent over $80 for the bright yellow snails in the picture on the listing. What I got is eight black snails. If you read down in the description, it does say that they have yellow spots, lips, and antennae (they don't; hopefully they'll develop those with age), but even that makes them Yellow Spotted, not Yellow, and not even close to the picture. Will not order from this fraud again.

    Too bad eBay only allows lying buyers to attach pictures. Because I sent a photo of the adults which are all yellow, with a sticky note and your eBay username coined in it. eBay allows you lying customers to attach photos but wont allow us to attach them to prove you wrong despicable.
