    The board looks brand new, like factory new, Unfortunately I did encountered an issue. When installing the graphics card, I didn’t hear the usual PCI latch "click." After confirming it was seated properly, I had to remove the card a day later to adjust the CPU contact plate. When I pushed the PCI connector down, it snapped off with minimal pressure. I believe this may be due to it being a refurb. Otherwise, everything runs great and the card works just fine with out it. Exactly what I needed!

    The board looks brand new, like factory new, Unfortunately I did encountered an issue. When installing the graphics card, I didn’t hear the usual PCI latch "click."
