What I did receive was a completely different LED motorcycle headlight bulb the seller purchased for $19 on Amazon and had it sent directly to me. I paid $27 for the bulb that was advertised. I am not sure what the seller's game plan was but the seller wasted a lot of my time sending emails, printing return labels, packing the bulb and driving to UPS store. Yes, the seller did refund all of my money and paid return shipping.

No communication from seller after purchase, normally you at least get a "thank you" email. Item is factory boxed, shipped in a barely padded brown Amazon envelope. Hope the product is better than the merchant...
