Unbelievably helpful. They made sure that I was fully aware that the machine I purchased was a 220V (Euro) model. After that, they couldn't find the adapter prior to shipping it, and offered to take the amount off the price when I bought one. It turns out it was in the package, so I didn't have to buy one, but the level of care and concern was impressive.
