My first time ordering this starter culture, the worms died in my mailbox due to the heat, which was my fault and partly the USPS system's for delayed tracking. The seller was really helpful and event sent me a replacement that survived. Thank you!

The shipping took so freaking long that when it arrived, the culture was rotting dead and stinky 😞 i think i just wasted money but im trying to see if theyre alive. Transfered them to a container and added some dog food

Please google "Palmetto mail delays" to see why shipping took so long. All of the mail across north Georgia now goes through there. It made national headlines and involves U.S. senator intervention now. I can't help the shipping delays but UPS and FedEx are options during checkout. I am sorry this happened to your package but you did not give me any chance to fix this - which I gladly would have. Please contact sellers before leaving bad feedback, especially when *shipping* is the problem.
