    As stated in the item description the guitar was indeed brand new with tags. Was very anxious while waiting for delivery but I need not have as the item was packed incredibly securely and even had it fallen out if the sky I'm sure it would land undamaged. I did have to contact the seller regarding customs charges added on by ParcelForce once it arrived in the UK but this was not the fault of the seller it was mine for not reading the listing fully.

    Awesome Japan-made guitar. Stunningly good build quality. Better than USA-made (sorry to say)

    This is an outstanding stratocaster in every way. Here are some of the highlights: 1. Excellent alnico pickups. Very chimey and quite bright, without harshness. Not an aggressive pickup. 2. Perfect build quality and workmanship. Fret ends are so smooth. No sharp ends, unlike my Mexican made strat. Flawless finish. The Japanese Fender factory certainly know how to craft a great guitar! 3. Light weight -- exactly 7 pounds. This model has a basswood body which gives it lightness and a lot of resonance. When strummed unplugged the guitar really rings out. 4. Rosewood fretboard. It's very smooth, dark and dense. Much nicer looking than pau ferro wood. 5. Vintage features. It has vintage frets which I prefer. Also has vintage style tuners which work are rock-solid at keeping the guitar in ...
