It doesn't have a lot of cutting power, but that's to be expected since it runs off of a 110 volt outlet obviously that limits the motor power. The package was well equipped. Quality seems good. Unfortunately the owners manual that came with it was for an earlier version and didn't cover the controls, but after playing with it got it figured out . Shipped quickly. Good seller
