Roborock Q5+. Easy setup. Vacuuming and self-emptying are quieter than I had expected. Navigates and cleans very well. An extra plus: it cleans up dog hair that my Roomba i3 struggled with. I am completely satisfied with this vacuum. I don't have to pay attention to it. It just does the job.

This model has great suction and I like the self-emptying and mapping features. I have noticed that this model can get stuck in places where my precious Roborock wouldn’t. For example it regularly gets stuck on our kitchen stools, which had not been a problem before. Overall though it’s a good vacuum.

The robot and the dock came in new without a single mark.
However, there were multiple glitches where it randomly deleted the map and got lost, then it stopped cleaning the dust container after the cycle and randomly avoided vacuuming a part of the room. I had multiple issues but seller refused to exchange the product. I ended up returning this item.

The first Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra I received would error out "bumper stuck" I call the sellers support team and they sent a return shipping label. I shipped the S7 back for a replacement. I then ended up on their ebay site and saw they had dropped the price from 999.00 to 799.00 I emailed their support and they honored the lower price and refunded the difference. I received S7 yesterday and it operates flawlessly. I highly recommend buying a refurbished Roborock from this seller. They are great
