Good but has short comings
A good unit but it doesn’t do well with deep Ply carpets. Has a problem going from tile or wood floors to carpets if the carpet is more that 1/2 “ higher.

Does what it should. Refurb was NOT an issue
No Issues. I have been using daily for a while now and it does what I expected. It will NOT replace bucket and mop but will reduce that to once or twice a week. Same with vacuum. It will keep you on top of things but you will need to do a full sweep manually once a week All in all is exactly what I had expected. One tip. While it is not supposed to need it be sure to wet the mop before using each time. It will improve the first ten mins or so of mopping. I found my mop was rather dry for first few minutes and got better as the robot ran. Pre wetting mop helps in that regard
