I have another computer with another Linux release that it works perfectly with. If you've got Ubuntu 20.x you're in good shape using this bluetooth. Debian 11 probably will work too - the kernel in Debian 12 doesn't have the right firmware. I read that Ubuntu 24 doesn't like this adapter either. But the adapter itself is perfectly good.
