      portable pain relief

      Great portable well constructed product. I bought it after being told about it by a good friend of mine who swears that it fixed his back problems and that I should try it out. After following instructions for use I laid on the device for 15 minutes and I was amazingly surprised to find that my chronic back pain was no longer there. I have used it once a day for 15 minutes for two weeks now just to keep my back in alignment and I now can work without pain. No more expensive chiropractor sessions for me. I will even be taking this little baby with me on holidays as it doesn't take up much room.

      Wow!

      My back hasn't "cracked" in years. I can sometimes get a tiny pop here and there but it's hard. Even the chiropractor could hardly get any cracks and said it would take a few sessions to get my back and muscles loosened up. Unfortunately I don't have time to see a chiropractor multiple times a week. Came across this thing and thought what the heck, I'll try it. At first I didn't think anything was happening. So I got impatient and was about to quit, but as I slowly rolled myself off it, I heard like 3-5 cracks! I couldn't believe it and it felt sooo nice! I'm excited to see how much continued use will help! **you probably will feel some pressure and have a few tender spots, but it's a good hurt, not a bad one :)

      Good device, try it!

      I've been using Spineworx for a few years. It helped my scoliosis greatly. When you use it wisely, it helps the spine to de-contract, it helps the little bones on the spine to loosen up and re-aligns the spine naturally. Of cours you have to help with some knowledge of how the spine works. I strongly recommend it. Do not expect miracles, but you'll see the long time results.
