I bought this for my wife in case her battery ever took the ####. She has a Toyota Fielder with a sketchy battery that she bought from her cousin... yea! I got this unit because of the all the great reviews, specifically from mechanics who seem to swear by it. My wife loved it, it was well packaged, the boxing was impressive, the packaging alone was sexy a/f, it was more impressive than the boxing of some high end electronics. The unit is light but clearly well built with a lot of safety features like connector covers and keyed connectors and if it's connected incorrectly it warns you. The LED flashlight and USB charger ports shows thoughtful design. Solid, well built terminal clamps that don't spark up, also my son loves them because they look like dinosaurs. The unit is small and stores easily anywhere in the car, it can even fit in the glove compartment. Not a week went by after getting it, the battery in her car took the $#!t and I wasn't home. My wife was able to start her car in far less time than it would take for me to do it with a jump from my Subaru. This is a great product and I'm glad we invested in it. I may even buy another one for my car!

Confusing, no instructions and no manufacturer or company branding. Not worth the risk.
First the good. This product looks and feels high quality. The plastic case feels substantial, not cheap and flimsy. The buttons and cables all look good. It charged up and appears to hold a charge (albeit I've only had it a couple of days). It comes with all the cables you would need and a nice, compact zip up carry case that would fit neatly in under a seat or in the trunk. The Bad. I didn't look closely to the product description and was surprised when it arrived that it has no branding. There's nothing (in English at least) to indicate what company manufactured this. The box literally just says "Must-Function Jump Starter". The Unit itself only has the words "High Power" where a brand or company name should be. The directions are no help. They're very short, primarily seem to be about safety but are written by someone who obviously doesn't have full command of the English language, to the point that it's impossible to understand. The video that was with the product description on eBay does a nice job of showing how to jump a car (the main function) but not how to use any of the other features. Meanwhile the compass on top does not work, it keeps showing the wrong direction. Furthermore there are LED lights but there is no discernible button to turn them on or instructions anywhere as to how to use them. If the lights just didn't work right, that would be one thing, but this is really weird. All these factors leave me unwilling to trust this thing with jump starting my car. It's not so much that I'm worried it won't work as that it might fry my electronics and leave me with a very expensive repair. With all these red flags it's not worth the risk. Lesson learned. I will buy from a known source and make sure there's an actual manufacturer putting their name behind anything important I buy in the future.

The Best Personal Jump Box Ever!
The Best Jump Box ever small and powerful the bad thing is the wires are too short not enough distance between positive and negative and they are not long enough for vehicles that have the negative terminal on the other side of the engine. for example I would connect the positive to the pole and there is not enough length between them to make a proper and safe connection and I have not seen an accessory out there to compensate for this draw back. It works great on my set up but It's not really Universal like a good pair of Jumper cables. I still love it for me only Thanks Again.

So far this works as advertised
This item is very compact perfect companion for my 19 year old daughter to make sure she always has a boost. The light is bright and it is very easy to see the charge capacity and didn’t take long to charge on the usb provided. Would buy another if ever needed. Very compact and easy to store in the vehicle.
