Lovely item which was delivered on time.Excellent communication from seller. But... One part was damaged but I was not able to get a photo to the seller within the 5 working day time frame. Seller was very helpful and extended the time period but my DIY chap could not get back to take a photo. I asked for a price to have a replacement part delivered and was quoted £50.00. We thought it a little excessive and have now repaired the damage ( back of the wardrobe) . Beware the 5 day window.

It’s beautiful and very spacious and sleek. My only problem was putting it together, the instructions that come with it, has limited information. I had to guess my way through. I usually build similar stuff in under 2 hours. This took me a whole day and I still didn’t get it right. I have not been able to use most of the assembly tools that came with it. The quality The overall quality is poor. For 139 pounds its not worthy. First came with a broken part in the box they replaced but after put it together didn't like it very poor finish. No handle to open the cupboard door closing not even great. Scratches everywhere.not happy. But don't want to dismantled and return as it was hardwork to put it together don't want to ruined my day of hard work.

Great storage
The shoe storage is fantastic as it holds more and looks better then I expected. I deducted one star as it was very dusty and grubby when I first unwrapped all of the parts so much so that I was initially going to send it back. However I really needed it and once built and cleaned Im very happy with it.
