I thought I would lose my mind. I made a huge mistake by buying capsules, rather than tablets. At least with tabs, I could cut them into smaller pieces. Buyer beware. I recommend buying lower doses or tablets.

At least starting out using B-3, I just bought the 100 mg caps so I can get a handle on the one thing I don't really care for. The infamous "Niacin Flush" which in the 100 mg size should be milder and shorter in duration so it should be not as pronounced as the larger dose capsules. We'll see...
