    Easy to use and well-made!

    I don't struggle with knots since I got this tool. The instructions are included in the packaging, and are easy to follow, though I'm sure there are video tutorials out there, too, that walk you through the steps. I love mine. I used to shy away from doing knotted pearl necklaces, because the spaces between the knots were too big. This tool makes it easy to get professional results. The only slightly tricky thing is to remember to let the next bead push the last knot into place, instead of pulling on the strand. It's a real time-saver for me, and I'm glad I got it.

    Useful but not essential

    After a bit of practice the tool works well enough when a single strand of thread is used. I have come to prefer using the two threads method (using the second thread to do the knotting) and not needing the tool.
