So far so good.
Long story .... UPS delivery delay of 30 days. Then 2 week wait at repair shop. Installed yesterday and my Air Bag warning light is no longer a on/off aggravation. The next few weeks will tell the story if it is in-fact the fix. I suspect it will be as repair shop diagnosed the left front module.
