Well this is an interesting feedback. We made an error. We clearly saw the error and made it right. Paid to ship the wrong item back. Instantly issued full credit. We told seller that we would be happy to send the correct item, but since this order has been closed out they would have to re-order. Not sure what more we were supposed to do? Sorry for the error. I was once told "an error becomes a mistake only when one refuses to correct the error"

This is totally on us. Item was out of stock when he ordered. Our supplier was to have material to us the next day. Figured it would only be a couple of days and we would have more cut and ready to ship. Material order got delayed. We didn't get back to our customer to explain what was going on until he reached out to us again. By this time too much time had passed and he wanted to cancel the order. . Understandably so. 100% on us. We promptly credited him.
