    Camera is terrific for street photography once you get to know it. The battery life sux, but that's well known. The IQ is amazing as might be expected from this sensor. Sony could stand to redo the menu system which is the farthest from intuitive I can imagine.

    Great: minimalist design, flash replaced by viewfinder when compared to RX1, high quality screen, images, solid body, WIFI and NFC connected, Not So Great: a bit slow to launch, switch between viewing and shooting mode in RAW, battery has run hot before, each battery only lasts ~600 shots, has no IR receiver for IR remote

    42mp sensor, Zeiss lens, COMPACT package

    Insane. I wanted this camera when the Mark 1 came out and they upped the ante (better sensor, EVF built in) in Mark 2. Being able to obtain a "reasonably lightly used" version of this at a $1000 discount is fantastic. Just get one. It's a perfect compliment to your zoom-lens camera - more pixels than the beloved Fuji X100V - tack sharp images - great on-lens and on-body controls.
