Great read about a chef
I love reading books about chefs. I don’t know why but I do. I started with Jacques Pepin book years ago, and I have read many chefs autobiographies and biographies. This one was exceptional. Norman Van Aiken worked hard to get where he is at.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
