    This was advertised as new, yet the exoskeleton was sent in loose parts in a plastic bag with no instructions or information about the manufacturer. When I tried to return it because it didn't fit - I couldn't find out how to make it fit - it was declined. Ebay also declined to help. eBay seemed more interested in closing down the return request. I guess it's buyer beware.

    HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W

    Product condition is excellent and exactly as described. Product purchased to mimic my office setup and works like a dream. Now I'm pandemicing without skipping a beat. I got a chance to see what life is like without multiple computer screens, and I don't like it. If you are considering buying one of these, don't hesitate. I was willing to pay more to get what I wanted conditionwise. Came in original packaging and appeared relatively untouched. If you can't tell whether you need a 230W or 120W, I'll make it easy for you. If you are working from a laptop, 120W is all you need. 230W won't hurt your setup, but meant for workstations; based on my research.

    Versatile Dock

    Works on Windows and Mac, 2 DPI ports, VGA, USB 3, charging. Must keep Thunderbolt 3 Intel app updated and run HP updater for the doc, even though the last update dated 2019. No HDMI port but not a problem.

    Get the right equipment for your equipment!

    Wanted the appropriate docking station for my new Zbook. I also use a 43" flat screen as a monitor. Using an HDMI cable is never good for computers but this docking station has the VGA plug on the back - that makes for great computer usage on larger screens.

    Great Docker for HP

    The product was new and in working condition. I just plugged it in on my HP Elitebook 850 G6 and it found it and it updated the drives automatically. I didn't need to reboot, but for piece of mind I and it works like a charm. I recommend this.
