    Works great

    Was difficult to install...but with the proper tools was do-able. The particular model of printer I have does not install the print head with just easy pop out and in. Many screws had to be removed. But, hurray, after it was in, the printer once again worked. Never would have known that you could do this, but my smart son told me!

    Performance issues, not in advertised condition

    Functioning printhead yes, but it leaves horizontal blank lines in my printed pages. No change after print head cleaning cycle and manual cleaning of the contacts. Description states that it works perfectly, which is not the case as mine seems used to the point of significant wear causing performance issues.

    Printhead can't be fixed.

    I bought this product thinking I could replace the part and fix my printer. But online reviews and product information page says the product can't be replaced. So it was of no use to me.
