    as a nurse of 36 years I recognized this as one of the most used and effective devises used for rehabilitation and exercise. It is the same great quality as those used by professionals and nearly anyone can use it to strengthen upper and lower extremities. It works the abs also but not in any way that will cause further damage to back or other problem areas. It should be positioned in a comfortable position for leg exercising to prevent the knees from raising too high if you have problems in this area. for use on arms just place it on your table and bringing it as close to your body as you are able and aligning it directly in front of you, this will work your arms and you can feel the exercise in your abs also.     Fine for the price, but not satisfied

    The item is sturdy, pretty easy to assemble. Strap on them is completely useless unless you wear big shoes. The problem is that the item makes squeaky sound already in 2nd day use. It doesn't make sound if you rotate quickly, but never the less it doesn't rotate so smoothly. I might just oil them, but still, new item not lasting to be new for even 2 day is a problem. Although I don't want to bother and put effort trying to return this item, and due to above reason, I give 3 star.

    Awesome pedal exerciser!

    This exerciser is of great quality- well-made, sturdy and has a nice feature of a display that tells your calories burned, rpm, time, scan and count. Plus, you can fold it up and put it away and its not heavy|! The only thing I would say is that the foot pedal should be wide enough to accommodate wide size shoes. It seems to be for narrow and medium shoes. Otherwise a wonderful product!

    Lightweight, Easy to assemble, Easy to use!

    I love this because it is easy to use in every regard. Easy to carry, easy to assemble and dissassemble, easy to use in many different locations. I especially like that it is easy to use when doing activities that are otherwise generally static. I can peddle with my feet when I am computing and I can peddle with with legs or arms while watching the news or a video. I live in a very tiny apartment. I can dissassemble and place behind any bookshelf or in a closet. It keeps me moving, and as a senior, that is crtically important. This small and affordable unit works just as well as more expensive ones, it takes up less space and is much more portable...which encourages more use in more places. In short, there is nothing I don't like about this unit....and everything to love!

    Lightweight and easy to use

    This little cycle is easy to use and easy to hide under an end table. Just had a knee replacement and I pedal at physical therapy. So I know it's good for moving the knee. Sometimes I peddle forward and sometimes I like to peddle backward. It does seem a smoother peddle to go forward. Backward is a little "jerkey", or maybe it's me.
