    Easy to use. Prints clearly.

    Right out of the box, I was happy. My other printer wouldn't turn on when I sent a print job, this Brother does. I printed a picture of my Dog on regular paper and it came out great. It would probably print even better if I had glossy paper.

    User unfriendly

    The color looks like a throwback to the last century. Doesn't match any other equipment. Took all afternoon to set up, only stayed connected to the internet for one sheet. Works ok with USB.. Clock will not stay set, defaults to 30 minutes fast all the time. Online manual doesn't cover anything I want to know. Control panel is hard to read, (off white with brown background, what were they thinking?) I'll just use it as is rather than send it back. I should have known better to buy another Brother product, I purchased a label maker years ago, and it never worked right either. At least it came with a printed manual. I miss my Lexmark. They stopped making ink for it.

    Un-Friendly Manual information.

    I find this to be the most UN-friendly Printer I have ever had and I have had many, all HP's. I would appreciate being able to simply download a manual for this printer.I had to take nearly an hour to go into computer to be able to read how to simply copy a needed copy. Would like to download a manual that has a simple index to find a function on this printer. Way to much info on the Brother info on computer. If I can download a printed copy of a manual for this printer please advise how do I get it?

    Good Value for the $$$

    Very easy to setup although the Wifii connection to my computer disconnects more frequently than expected. The printing is a little slower and louder than the the HP I had previously. I'm looking forward to the longevity of the ink tanks. Print quality is good.
