      This Star Trek Enterprise starship was listed as used( perhaps due to age/produced in 2002.) It is, however, still factory sealed and in brand new condition with working batteries. The package is in great shape, probably a 7 or 8 out of 10. I couldn't be more pleased. The seller shipped very quickly and made sure the package was well padded.
