    Eaten as a side dish and put with noodles for soup

    I used this as a side dish but one thing I like to do is add this to my Shin Ramyun. If you have ever eaten Kimchi you know the flavors can vary due to the ingredients and person that makes it. This one was good and worked great with Noodles; as that is one of my favorite ways to mix up the fast dish of Ramyun. Spices up the soup.

    Let it ferment 2 weeks

    I wish I had let it ferment a little more. It was very bitter at first. It's as they say, you have to have a required taste. So I let sit for a couple weeks, taste testing every few days. That's when it reached a great taste, sweetness with a little kick

    Real home style kimchi! Not too spicy not bland, just perfect.

    Not too spicy just the limit for American tolerance. Has a slight fish taste, as is normal for authentic kimchi. This is a top quality product they everyone will enjoy! Asians may like variations but this one is the real c=home style classic kimchi!! It does have some kick to it, as is normal for kimchi.
