    I "loved" getting the item after such a long wait. I didn't love eBay toleration of the announced long devlivery wait for this and a second item of the same genre. Packing was superlative, but seller was smug about being up front about explaining the hiatus. There were no postmarks, and the superltive, high value stmps were "hand" cancelled, rendering the high value stamps uncollectible. Barring an explanation, I would not buy from him/her again.
