Once they received the return then try to give partial refund because I shipped it back poor. I shipped it in two new heavy duty boxes with thick base and it was dry when they received it. I got it looking like it to a dip in a lake and a truck ran over it, it did have plenty of packing peanuts . I see why their rating is so low.

    Superb printer, if

    The HP 6122 printer gives excellent quality and fast high quality draft mode results. Uses less ink than earlier models.Hard to setup with newer operating systems. Great when you get it going. The 6127 gives the same high quality at a much lower price.
