HOWEVER , this unit came advertised as having a CD/DVD burner/ player and did not have one when i got it. When i contacted the seller with this issue and suggested that he send me an external he refused. It is a terrible value for the dollar when a seller misrepresents his products and then refuses a simple fix. Sellers product is high quality/ Sellers customer service sucks and honesty is in question, and he very obviously does not care

But I am choosing to return it as it was an uninformed purchase on my end not knowing what I would need out of the performance of a laptop. They supplied the return label and paid the return shipping as they said they would! The only negative is that with this specific laptop it had trouble running the browser without using 60-90% of it’s capacity, and it was very slow.
