    Ergänzung: Leider eine durchweg negative Erfahrung. Trotz eindeutiger Beweise in mehreren Videos wurde der Defekt des Produkts ignoriert. Statt einer Lösung erhielt ich wochenlang nur Standardtexte, falsche Versprechungen und immer neue Ausreden trotz Videos. Der Verkäufer hält sich nicht an deutsches Verbraucherrecht und ignoriert gesetzliche Pflichten zur Gewährleistung. Kommunikation schleppend, teils widersprüchlich und ausweichend. Für mich eindeutig kein seriöses Geschäftsverhalten.
