If you tip the holster upside down the weapon would fall out even with the screws fully tightened. Rather than returning I just heated up the holster and molded it myself. The corners are nice and smooth and the padded backing is a nice touch to assist with how uncomfortable it can be at times to appendix carry. My complaint is how it fits the 365, even after tightening the screws it fails to lock the firearm securely into the holster.

It was over the weekend when I ordered, but the seller was still on the job & agreed to cancel the order where I could ship it to the right address and save me from having to ship it to him.
