I contacted them nine times trying to resolve this and got nothing but delays and misinformation. Absolutely unreliable! Avoid this seller unless you want headaches and wasted time. The item finally showed up and was NIB, BUT NOT WORTH THE TIME AND HEADACHES. My Suggestion: "Buy From Another Seller", Hopefully I can save you from what I had to go through....
