I had eBay step in and cancel the sale, TWELVE DAYS waiting for seller to ship was far too long & seller should have contacted me not wait for me to contact her. Seller has a “motion for summary judgement” hearing on 9-11-25 which is unopposed so hopefully summary judgement is going to end the case and get the estate property properly distributed.
