    Good in assisting with weight lost

    I'm pre-diabetic and my doctor recommended that I needed to lose weight; 40-pounds to be exact. He suggested that I take one pill a day of Chromium-Picolinate daily. It will help break the carbs down in my body; assisting with weight lost. I started walking 30 minutes five days a week and jog 2-mile every saturday and sunday. I lost just a little weight; 2 pounds. But losing 2-pounds is much better than gaining 2-pounds.
