    Seller provided great communication and a prompt refund, when the item did not arrive. Seller said they shipped the item. The USPS Tracking was frozen from the beginning, saying "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending," and is still that way after over 2 weeks. Seller requested a status update, but still nothing changed, so they provided a refund. I feel the Seller provided Excellent Customer Service and did what they could. It is greatly appreciated!
