    Horrible seller, buyers beware! Seller ships very poorly, shiping figures in a bag with no protection. My item was damaged in shipping, it was smashed and the bag was stuck to the package causing damage. As a collector this is unacceptable. Seller has a listing for 5 more of the exact item but has increased the price significantly and refused to send a replacement. Seller argued saying they didn't have anymore to send a replacement. I will never buy from again. Talking to the seller is useless.

    Not perfect for stairs. No brush to clean stairs. Water tank is too small and need to exchange water from time to time for simple cleaning. It is best to get new models above 201 ex.

    Cleans carpets real well for cheap.

    Can’t beat it for the price. If I rent RugDoctor 3 times it’s more than paid for itself and I feel does a better job and I don’t have to go pick up and drop off on time or get charged for another day.

I tried it out on a fabric chair where my daughter busted a squishy toy and a carpet spot where my dog peed, and I was really happy with the results from using the hose and attachments without even using the full floor function.
