When the discount went up to 25%, which is extremely rare for Sonos, I grabbed it right away. This is refurbished which is my preference because I know it’s been fixed. Packaging is same as if it was new. I love Sonos. The sound is crisp and adds a beautiful dimension to my theater and listening experience. I now have a pair of Era 100, a mini sub and an Arc. My sound life is now complete. Issues with the app is a whole different story!

They looked brand new out of the Sonos brand box (box came with all essential Sonos accessories) and could have easily passed for brand new. No marks or signs of wear and tear. Performed excellent and for surround sound did an astounding job. If you are looking for a great deal and quality this is the way to go!
