It arrived in excellent condition with original packaging, stationery and everything I needed. I am still in the process of getting used to the product. The only thing I did notice is that during the mapping process, it does not cover some spaces. I will try moving the device to see if it fits better.

Would disagree with other reviewers, it is in fact an impressive mopper (if you think a little army of elves are going to come in and deep clean your floors then you’ll be disappointed.) This mop is fantastic for frequent cleaning in between deep cleans, a task that you obviously have to do by hand or what a more powerful scrubber. It maps well, cleans rooms in their entirety, is easy to wash pads, etc. SO happy with this mop.
