    Radio Interface for GM Vehicles (2005 Chevy Trailblazer)

    I installed this on my 2005 Chevy Trailblazer EXT LT and it works exceptionally. I plugged it in the standard at first and the speakers did work. Then I plugged it into the amplified port and it sounds a lot better. I don't think I have the Bose package but the sound was better on the amplified port. I paired it with a Joying double din Android 5.1 Radio, the sound is amazing even with stock speakers. This interface is expensive but it also gives you steering wheel controls, and back up reverse wire, If you don't install the chirp (included) the door chime goes away, I hate the door chime so I decided not to install it lol. It's not overly complicated however I have experience installing Chinese double dins. The instructions are limited but if you have experience you'll be fine, if not ...

    Requires rerouting wires on some units.

    07 Chevy Trailblazer LT with OnStar no Bose or Amp. Unit was not easy to set up for the head unit I was using. Instructions on wiring were clear. The red acc wire did not provide power to switch the unit on. Had to run it to the cars harness. It did not retain chime or steering wheel controls.

    Lucky me..lucky you

    I was lucky as hell to find this pre-owned. The price was perfect. It's worth the price new also. It was also prewired so my work in 03 Yukon with Bose,OnStar,and SiriusXM was easy. After connecting my receiver it already worked with all the steering wheel controls, I'm gonna try to find a less harsh sounding chime. But it worked too. The sound quality of the Video amp woke up. Made me okay with prolonging installing the 4ch amp I already purchased.

    Easy to install nice quality and came with nice metra install kit, only problem is the bose amplifier will not allow you to use fader from front to rear. Alot of wires if you dont know what yout doing find someone who can. I found it easy myself
