      I received 2 mugs damaged of 3 ordered. Poorly packaged. The seller made the entire refunding process long and drawn out. I provided pictures (not good enough) , answered numerous messages (which were defensive) and ended up having to mail the mugs back ( why on a $20 sale?). I was told to return the mugs. I had to ask for a return label. Things just did not add up for a great experience and I really have to wonder what this seller was thinking. I would not buy from this person again.

      Pictures you provided were of a smashed cup.I never said wasn't good enough, I just asked for additional pic of box for insurance purposes. If one cup was smashed that badly there surely had to be damage to box & USPS would have required proof. And yes, if there is to be a refund then the rest of items should be returned. You have to return the item if you buy elsewhere(such as retail store). And there were only 4 msgs. 1 was apologizing for the inconvenience. Had to send 2 asking for Box photo
