Everyone else measures from nose to hind leg this seller included the wire tail making it seem larger. When I contacted them they said they were sorry about the mixup and changed their listing but the only resolution they offered was for me to send it back and I would have to lose the shipping costs to and from. Seeing they realized their error they could have at least payed return shipping. Their customer service stinks!
