    Worth it

    After my original sun visor decided to break for no reason, I decided to see if I could buy the part and fix it myself as it seemed like a pretty easy fix. My car naturally has a tan Interior but after failing to find a driver side sun visor in the appropriate color, I went with this one and I’m not disappointed. It is Korean I believe so it took about a month to get to me here in the US but it functions well and was extremely easy to replace. There appears to be some safety information printed on the inside of the visor and it’s in Korean. It also doesn’t seem to be easily removable. Overall, got the job done for me.

    This item fit and it works great. However, the part that holds the throttle lines in place was not machined right so I had to use the one off of my old carb. Not that big of a deal and I could have made the new one work with just a little bit of grinding.

    Exactly what I needed, exactly what I ordered.

    The visor was new, delivered quickly. I was able to install it with just a phillips screwdriver. My original one broke, the mirror fell out with pieces of the framework falling into my lap.

    This is technically a direct fit for a c...

    This is technically a direct fit for a c5 corvette (1998 in my case). However this wiper motor is missing threads for the small torx bolt that hold your “home” control plate. It is also missing two guide posts that the original unit had to better center the aforementioned “home” plate. The pivot arm that comes on the unit must be removed, it is machined very poorly. If you reuse your pivot assembly and the home plate everything will be fine. After modifications it works.
