I ordered a Navy and pink extra long thin tie and received a heinous short black, gold and orange fat clown tie. While inconceivable that the tie I order could be mistaken for the one sent and ultimately disappointing the seller extended the standard “apology” along with a refund and 50% off another tie which is of zero interest. Unimpressive transaction.

I am sorry that you had such a negative experience with us. As discussed over our several email exchanges, this was an honest mistake. A mistake which I owned, gave a sincere apology, issued a full refund, sent a coupon for 50% off any tie in my inventory the value of which far exceeded $15 purchase price, and finally, I offered to pull some alternatives from my unlisted inventory to send to you for free. I am sorry you were not satisfied with any of these remedies.
