I inadvertently had the wrong shipping address on my original order so I cancelled the order and reordered the exercise bike with the correct address. The refund on the original order was processed promptly and the exercise bike was shipped out immediately. This is the third Exerpeutic bike I have purchased (one for my permanent residence, one for my vacation home, and one for my daughter). I think they are fantastic for the price. They are so quiet a baby could be sleeping next to it.
