    Seller was very communicative, and shipped them quickly. These seem to run a bit small, maybe because the plush lining is so thick. I d recommend ordering a size larger than usual. Mine feel amazing-- soft and luxurious, and they make my feet happy! They re not cheap, but they re beautifully made with quality materials. They re definitely less expensive than getting them from the manufacturer. I am totally, 100% pleased with these slippers and with the seller.
