The items I ordered came quickly and were packed well--and exactly what I ordered.
In fact, I made two orders. In the first, I ordered a dust cap for a camera and a rear lens cap; when i went back to order another two small items, I reached out and communicated with one of the folks at Rokas and they told me I'd made a mistake and without me asking they offered to correct it at no extra charge. I could not recommend the folks at Rokas any higher ...
